Jon Horsman has several decades of experience in the Real Estate Marketing realm. In conjunction with other team members, he has been able to rocket the Market Share for every real estate company that had his guidance.
In Ocean City, he was able to starve out the competition 'Keller Williams" as viable real estate on the eastern shore. This was accomplished through effective Print (Magazines, Collateral, Agent Branding), Radio (Radio Broadcast Ads) and Community Outreach & Business Collaboration (Special Marketing & Advertising with local businesses).
After great success on the coastal region, He was promoted the regional NRT Corporate Headquarters in Timonium, MD. Once again, he was task with going after the competition. He was strategically placed in the Long & Foster (competitions) backyard. He aggressively went to work applying SWOT analysis on them. He built campaigns that helped recruit more agents, gain more listings, increased public presence and brand footprint on the whole area. The competition knew him by name and wanted him out of the picture. This didn't deter him and he embraced the world wide web as the next platform for real estate marketing. He spent endless amount energy on working with MLSs and developers to create OPF.com as the place to go to view real estate listings.
National NRT executives began to take notice of him. This was his opportunity to join a new region that was designed to the target the Largest Real Estate Franchise company Re/Max. With the blessings and support from Kate Rossi (Regional EVP of NRT), she guided and trained Jon on the best practices and approach to target local and regional real estate companies. She force multiplied a core of the very best professionals in the industry. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage became the #1 company in the DBJ for 16 years in row under her guidance.
Jon was able gain many more talents under the leadership of Chris Mygatt. Chris was regional President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. His knowledge gave Jon the ability to take approaches that tested the mobility of the competition. Chris' holistic approach and strong acumen trained Jon to be the very best in every project given to him.
Now, Jon has taken his previous knowledge and education to new levels of creativity. As we rapidly approach the IoT (Internet of Things) with AI influence, Jon is the person that you want on your team.
