Common Core Project Management Principles
1. INITIAL MEETING
Chartering the project. We work together to determine the level of support needed which will define the specific needs you want accomplished.
2. PLANNING & SCOPE DEFINITION
This is the proposition phase, where Jon can help with viable solutions. Jon proposes approaches and ways to address the issues. Gaining existing points of access so the repairs can be started – This planning will ensure you are adequately covered for your support needs.
3. EXECUTION AND PRODUCTION
Jon goes to work for you! The Plans are put into Action while keeping you in constant contact. Reports are given every step of the way so that you can share this info with your team.
4. MONITOR AND CONTROL
Jon will continue to monitor and control the project work. He will perform integrated change control within your system and with any third-party vendors. He ensures that schedule, costs, quality, resources, and communications are within your standards.
5. DELIVERY
We close out the project or the contract. All elements and resources are returned back to you. At your request, Jon can hold onto your content so that future fixes can be accomplished in the quickest and most timely manner.
